I'd been waiting & fell asleep crying,

alone on a bench...

The clouds they were passing...

Keeping the moonlight from glowing

I slept through my sobbing...

till a sudden warmth nudged my cheek

It was a ray of light...shining

It be a brighter day

illuminated by a sun that been hiding...
